What should I do when my product has a low battery?

As soon as the battery level in your Netatmo Smart Door Lock drops below 20%, you will receive a notification on the Home + Security app and an email to the email address linked to your Netatmo account.

At this point, your product will continue to work normally for 1 month: activation via a smartphone and Smart Key is still possible.

However, we strongly recommend that you replace your used batteries with new ones as soon as you receive this notification.
