If you find yourself in this situation, don’t worry. There is a way to authenticate yourself for your Netatmo Smart Door Lock to unlock your door. Here are your options:

1. Ask a friend or neighbour to lend you their smartphone.
   1. Guest function: from this smartphone, ask a member of your household to send you a temporary invitation and use that to unlock the door and get inside.
   2. In the Home + Security app: from this smartphone, log into your Netatmo account on the Home + Security app to unlock the door and get inside.

If your smartphone is lost or stolen, remember to reset the password for your Netatmo account.
