There are discontinuities in the graphs. What should I do?

You can use the web application for better visibility.

  1. There are gaps in the graph curves for all modules. 

If you observe similar graphs, it is because your Smart Home Weather Station has temporarily lost power. To remedy this, please follow these steps:

    • Disconnect and reconnect your Indoor Module.
    • Check that the LED flashes 3 times. If it does not flash:
      • Try using a different micro USB cable and AC adapter on your Indoor Module.
      • Try connecting the Indoor Module to another power outlet.
  1. There are gaps in the graph curves for only one module.

If you see similar curves, it is because one of your modules temporarily lost its radio connection to the Big Module.
