According to Wikipedia, relative humidity is the ratio of the partial pressure of water vapor to the equilibrium vapor pressure of water at a given temperature. If the Outdoor Module is exposed to rain, or any other water sources the humidity sensor can temporarily get saturated in Humidity (100%). Generally, you have to wait a few hours for it to take normal measurements again. For this reason, we recommend you to protect the Outdoor Module from rain.
