The problems encountered during the installation of the Weather Station can have several origins. In this article, you will find some simple tips that you can apply to resolve these issues.
The Weather Station does not work if it is plugged directly into a USB port. Except during installation on a computer, the Station must be plugged into its original adapter (or similar).
Restart the Weather Station (unplug then plug it back in). An LED should flash green 3 times.
If the LED does not light up, there may be a problem with the power adapter. Try with another micro-USB adapter (such as that of a Smartphone or Tablet) with the following technical characteristics: micro USB, INPUT: 100-240V 50-60Hz 300 mA, OUTPUT: 5V, 550mA, or more.
Restart your router or smartphone.
Go to your smartphone's Bluetooth settings and delete any devices named “Netatmo”.
Make sure your smartphone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network used for the installation of the Station

If you are using an iOS device and the Station flashes white while it is in pairing mode (by pressing the key on the top of the Station for a few seconds), you can exceptionally try to reset the Station according to the following procedure : How do I reset the Station? (Apple HomeKit procedure).
Then, install the Station on the Apple Home app: go to the Home app and click on add a HomeKit accessory using the QR code. Then scan the QR code on the product. Now the Station is configured on Homekit and all that is left is to retry the installation from the Netatmo app.
Note that some Wi-Fi networks are not compatible with the Netatmo Station:
Business and public networks ;
Networks operating only on the 5 GHz frequency;
Connection portal networks ;
Networks of Internet service providers using Carrier-grade NAT (NAT444) ;
Some networks using wireless repeaters.
If you are trying to install the Station on the network of a Wi-Fi repeater:
Make sure it does not have the same name (SSID) as your router.
If, despite these indications, the situation persists, try to connect your Station directly to your router (by changing the network to which your smartphone is connected), to check that it is working properly.

- If you visualize the white/blue flashing by pressing the button on the upper part of the Station for a few seconds
