This is a classic 230v actuator, therefore you can wire it with the Netatmo Thermostat.

It can take both, the Netatmo transformers are actually DC. But AC is more common for doorbells.

The Doorbell supports: 8-24 VAC & 230 VAC, minimum 8 VA 8VA at 8V are 1A, but the past has shown that like 2A are more recommended.
