My Valve screen is frozen

If you see this error in your app:

 

"The screen of the Valve [Valve_name] is frozen, but the Valve continues to operate as normal. To relaunch the screen, you need to remove and reinsert the batteries in your Valve."

 

This is because your Valve's screen has frozen to prevent potential damage. This safeguard has been implemented in version 244 of the Relay's internal software and version 102 of the Valves.

As explained in the error message, your Valve will continue to control the temperature in your room as normal, whether you're in planning mode, manual boost mode or a special house mode (away/frost protection).

Only the screen is affected and frozen. To relaunch it, simply remove and reinsert your Valve's batteries.
