What do I do if the advanced algorithm (PID) is not working properly?

The advanced algorithm (PID) self-calibrates every two weeks. If it is not working properly, you don't need to do anything; it will automatically revert to its proper settings.

Why does the advanced algorithm (PID) stop working properly?

The advanced algorithm (PID) adjusts to the specific characteristics of your home (thermal inertia, insulation, etc.). If one of these characteristics changes, it can cause the advanced algorithm function to malfunction.

How can I prevent the advanced algorithm (PID) from malfunctioning?

  • Avoid moving the Thermostat or leaving it in an unsuitable location. (See guide)
  • Avoid changing the temperature of the water in your heating system.
  • Avoid using other heating appliances.
